We will pick you up at your accommodation to start this Villa de Leyva Day Trip. Here you will take a free tour with a local guide and get to know the municipality founded in 1572 with the name of Villa de Santa María de Leyva, recognized as a national monument in 1954, which is approximately 4 hours from Bogotá. Once you arrive in Villa de Leyva you will visit the Plaza Mayor which is surrounded by colonial buildings. Then, you will go to the Sisga Dam and the Boyacá Bridge, declared National Cultural Heritage. In addition, you will visit the Paleontology Research Centre Museum, the Casa de Terracota, the Blue Wells, and the Ostriches Farm, where you will be able to see these magnificent birds that can run up to 65 km/h. After that, you will return to Bogota to end the activity.
