When booking

How can I book?

Every booking has to be made exclusively through the website, adding the contact information asked and paying online. We do not receive face-to-face bookings nor through e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

Which are the payment methods?

Our payment methods are:

Chile:

Webpay: pay with debit, credit, or prepaid cards in CLP (Chilean pesos) or USD (US dollars).
Mercado Pago: pay with debit, credit, or prepaid cards in CLP (Chilean pesos).
Bank transfer: available only from Chilean bank accounts and for bookings made at least 48 hours in advance.
Bank deposits: available only for bookings made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits can be made at any Banco Santander branch in Chile.

Perú:

Culqui: pay with credit and debit cards through the Yape app or Pago Efectivo vouchers in PEN (Peruvian soles).
Bank transfer: available only from Peruvian bank accounts and for bookings made at least 48 hours in advance in PEN (Peruvian soles).
Bank deposits: available only for bookings made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits can be made at any BBVA Continental branch in Peru in PEN (Peruvian soles).

Brasil:

Cielo: Pay with debit or credit cards issued in Brazil in BRL (Brazilian reais).

Worldwide:

Paypal: Pay with your PayPal balance or associated credit cards from anywhere in the world* in USD (US dollars) or EUR (euros).
Webpay: Pay with credit cards from anywhere in the world in CLP (Chilean pesos) or USD (US dollars).
