You will start this Medieval Valencia Tour at one of the main architectural symbols of the city: the Serranos Towers, one of the two fortified gates of the medieval wall of Valencia that still remain standing. You will continue towards the Plaza de la Virgen (The Virgin’s Square), one of the most beautiful in the entire city. You will be able to appreciate the contrasts by walking through the colorful old town of the capital of Turia. You will also see the Valencia Cathedral, one of the main medieval emblems of the old part of the city, built mainly in the Valencian Gothic style, but also containing elements of Romanesque, French Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Neoclassical. You will then visit the Lonja de la Seda, a building with an imposing façade. You will also be able to appreciate its different architectural styles, which will give you clues about the city's commercial past.
