Calama's Airport Shuttle

The shared service of shuttles is available for flights landing between 6:00 am and 9:59 pm, and for flights taking off between 7:00 am and 11:59 pm. Private service of shuttle, on the other hand, are available for all landing and take-off times.

The shuttle is available for all arrival and departure flights, all year round.

The shared service shuttle is confirmed with a minimum of 4 passengers, while the private service shuttle has no minimum number of passengers to confirm the service.

For the shuttle from the airport to San Pedro de Atacama, once you arrive at the Calama airport, we will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.

We will pick you up approximately 3 and a half hours before your flight departure time. We will reconfirm your pick-up time the day before your flight.

The actual shuttle takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. However, disembarkation times, waiting for luggage and the time to get to your transfer must also be taken into account, with an average of 2 to 3 hours between the arrival time of your flight and the time of arrival at your accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama.

If you are not staying in San Pedro de Atacama, the meeting point will be at the intersection of Ignacio Carrera Pinto and Caracoles streets, located in the center of the town. You must indicate this in the field corresponding to 'Accommodation' when booking.

The shuttle is carried out in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle or similar, with a maximum capacity of 15 people.

The service includes a small personal item that you must carry in your seat (purse or backpack) and a carry-on bag or checked suitcase of up to 23 kg per person. Additionally, there is the possibility of carrying other items such as bicycles. You must notify us at the time of booking to confirm availability. An additional fare of CLP$ 15,000 is charged for each item.

We accept reservations exclusively through our website, with at least 24 hours notice.

In this case, you must notify us in response to the confirmation email of your reservation, indicating the new arrival time at Calama airport. We will relocate you to the available transfer closest to the new arrival time. Vehicle availability is limited and must be scheduled in advance. If there is no availability at the new time or if the new time is after 11:59 p.m. (time until which the service operates), a 100% refund will be made.

In this case, you will lose the shuttle initially booked without the possibility of a refund. If you wish to take a new shuttle, you must arrange it yourself directly at Calama airport or in the city of Calama (subject to availability of services). We therefore recommend that you reconfirm the final arrival time with your airline the day before your flight, in order to inform us of any changes in time.

Children under 4 years old are free of charge, as long as they are sitting on their parents' laps. Children over 4 years old pay the adult rate. The service does not include child seats.
