We will meet in our meeting point to go to Carrera Bay, place where this Sea Life & Cape Froward Catamaran Tour starts. You will begin the trip through the Magellan Strait, route discovered by Ferdinand Magellan himself in his journey around the world. You will pass by the San Isidro Lighthouse, in the south of the Brunswick Peninsula, to then reach the Cape Froward, where the Cross of the Seas is located. To many people, this is the southernmost point of the American continent.
Then, the travel will continue to the Francisco Coloane Marine Park, where you will visit the Rupert Islet. In that place you will be able to watch different birds like the black-browed albatross, giant petrel and skua, among others. After that, you will reach the Helado Sound, where you will be able to see the glaciers near the Santa Inés Island. Then, you will begin the return to Carrera Bay, so then you go back to Punta Arenas, where the activity ends.
