If you cancel your reservation up to 3 days before the start of the activity, we will refund you 100% of the reservation payment. No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after the indicated anticipation.

Itinerary
The itinerary of this plan is designed for those who visit Puerto Varas for 4 days, and its flight to Puerto Montt arrives on Day 1 of the program (until 8:59 pm), and its flight from Puerto Montt leaves on Day 4 (after 10:00 am). In case your flight to Puerto Montt arrives on a previous date than Day 1 of the plan and/or your flight from Puerto Montt leaves on a date after Day 4 of the plan, you can book the plan as well, selecting the date in the calendar in which you want to make the first tour, and modifying in the next online booking steps the date of one or both shuttles.
- Day 1
- Shuttle from Puerto Montt Airport to your accommodation in Puerto Varas.
- Day 2
- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm: Osorno Volcano & Petrohue Falls.
- Day 3
- 8:30 am to 6:40 pm: Tour Around Lake Llanquihue.
- Day 4
- Shuttle from your accommodation in Puerto Varas to Puerto Montt Airport.

- Tour Around Lake Llanquihue: pickup at your accommodation (urban area), food and entrance fee to the museum.

Cancellation policy
- You will be able to reschedule without any cost or cancel with full refund until 72 hours before the beginning of the program. After that period, it will not be possible to make changes or cancellations.
