We will gather at the meeting point to begin this tour of one of the darkest periods of the 20th century. This tour will take you through the different sites where the National Socialist German Workers’ Party and the Third Reich were born, as well as give insight into the significance of Nazism, its consequences, and the historical events that marked this period. You will learn about the life and machinations of Munich’s Nazi leaders and how the city became the movement’s center of power. Afterward, you will visit the iconic Bürgerbräukeller beer hall, the place where Hitler launched his Munich Putsch in 1923, a failed coup attempt by the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. You will also visit the Haus der Kunst art museum, known as the Third Reich's first propaganda building.
