You will begin this medium-difficulty Puma Trail Trek by traveling around 30 km along a path surrounded by araucarias, cypresses and coihues, among others, until you reach the China Muerta National Reserve. This place is inhabited by species such as the gray fox, red fox, pumas and woodpeckers, among other animals, which you may be able to spot on your journey. From the trail you will be able to appreciate volcanoes such as Villarrica, Lonquimay, Sierra Nevada and Llaima, as well as the immensity of a pristine place partly affected by a fire, but slowly coming back to life, which will make you reflect about the importance of our ecosystems.
