We will gather at the meeting point to start our trip out of the city to the head of the trail. The Gollizno Route Hike will lead you to Tajos de la Hoz, a canyon formed by the flow of water over thousands of years. Admire the lush vegetation and cross the Velillos River over a suspension bridge. You will then continue on to Moclín Castle, a Nasrid fortress from the 13th to 15th centuries. You can also visit the watchtowers around the castle, which have a spectacular view of the landscape. Finally, you will arrive at Fuente de la Corcuela, where you can rest before going on to see cave paintings that date back to the Neolithic period. Then, you will start the hike back, for a total of 8 kilometers in 2 and a half hours.
