We will gather at the meeting point to begin this journey into the past, only steps away. With the Cathedral & Royal Chapel of Granada Guided Tour, you will see the city's second most visited buildings, after the Alhambra. The Cathedral, one of the most important works of architecture of the 16th century and of the Spanish Renaissance, is a symbol of the glory that followed the Christian Reconquista. You can visit its different sections and see the many artworks that adorn it. Behind the Cathedral is the Royal Chapel, which is the resting place of the Catholic Monarchs Isabella and Ferdinand, as well as their daughter Juana and son-in-law Felipe. Here you can see their mausoleums made of Carrara marble, as well as Queen Isabella's personal collection of Flemish paintings. Finally, you can stroll through the historic center and see the Madrasa, the first public university in Al-Andalus and the only one that has been preserved until today, if only partially.
