We will gather at our meeting point to depart from Florence for the Ligurian coast. On the Cinque Terre Day Trip you will experience this strip of coastal towns, perched between the land and the sea, a place said to be close to paradise. First, you will visit Manarola, a city founded in the early 13th century and the oldest in Cinque Terre, which is known for its Sciacchetrà wine. Next, you will take a 10-minute train ride to Vernazza. This is one of the region’s most colorful towns. You will have free time to explore, visit the port, and take photos. Next you will visit Monterosso, also by train. This village is known as the Pearl of Cinque Terre and you will have free time to explore not only its streets, but also see the beaches and the lush vegetation that surrounds the city. You can unwind in the sea and soak up the sun before boarding the ship to visit the last destination: Riomaggiore. You can explore the town, see the small natural harbor around which the town was built, and the pastel-colored houses that are a striking contrast to the deep blue Ligurian Sea. Take a moment to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape before returning to Florence, where the activity ends.
