About the Cusco tourist ticket
The tourist ticket allows you the access to the different places of interest in Cusco. We recommend you to buy it before the beginning of your activity, at Palacio Kusikancha, Calle Maruri 340, Cusco, to expedite the entrance time and take advantage of the time visiting the places, or you can buy it at the first viisting site of your itinerary, though. There are two types:
*The payment has to be in cash, with soles.
The full tourist ticket is valid for all the places in the three circuits available, in a period of 10 days, while the partial tourist ticket is valid for only one of the three circuits, in a period of one or two days, depending on the circuit. To see the detail of the places included in every circuit, visit the tourist ticket site.
Lunch takes place at the Hacienda Puka Punku restaurant or a similar venue, where you will enjoy a varied menu that includes salads, appetizers, two soup options, stews with side dishes, desserts, and hot beverages (cold drinks are not included).
The main difference is the duration of the visits at each location. On the VIP Sacred Valley tour, stops at archaeological sites and attractions such as Pisac, Moray, Maras, and Ollantaytambo last approximately 30 minutes each, unlike the classic tour, where visits typically last 1 to 2 hours. This tour is designed for those with a tight schedule who still want to see the main highlights of the Sacred Valley in a single day.
While it is possible to visit the Sacred Valley of the Incas, and Maras and Moray in one day through the VIP Sacred Valley tour, it is designed for those with limited time. If you have more days in your itinerary, we recommend doing these activities separately to enjoy each location in greater detail and at a more relaxed pace, making the most of each visit.
