With this tour Route of the Sun from Cusco to Puno on the tourist bus you will experience one of the most beautiful trips in Peru. The panoramic trip begins by leaving Cusco early in the morning to go to the first stop, the Sistine Chapel of America in Andahuaylillas. You will visit the San Pedro Apóstol church, built by the Jesuits in the 16th century, after which you will board the bus again to go to the Wiracocha Temple of Raqchi, 3,460 meters above sea level. After seeing this 92-meter-long and 25-meter-wide construction, you will continue your trip passing through the highest part of the road through Abra La Raya at 4,300 meters above sea level. Afterwards, in the Titicaca basin, you will visit the Pucará Archaeological Museum, where you will find relevant information about the origins of the Andean civilization in the highlands. Finally, you will arrive in Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world shared with Bolivia, where the tour ends.
