*If you want to make the Humantay Lagoon Trek and the Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain Trek, you must leave a free day between both activities, because they have a high physical demand.
We will begin early in the morning to start the travel by vehicle from Cusco, passing by Mollepata to enter to the Salkantay Route and get to the point where we will begin the trek. We will walk 1 km (0.6 miles) until arriving to the Soraypampa campsite, at 12,795 feet of altitude, where we will have breakfast. After that, we will begin the ascending trek for 1 and a half hours until reaching the Humantay Lagoon, located at 13,451 feet of altitude. Here we will be able to see the color variation, depending on the perspective that gives us the point where we will be located, besides the glacier as background that goes to the lagoon, if the weather allows it. After taking pictures and resting from walking at that altitude, we will go back to the campsite, where we will have lunch. Then, we will walk to our vehicle to return to downtown Cusco, where our tour ends.
*Entry tickets prices subject to change without previous notice.
