We will gather at our meeting point to start our Taxco & Cuernavaca Day Trip. Cuernavaca is a city located approximately 80 km south of Mexico City; this is a place full of history, spas, beautiful landscapes and real palaces. Here you will find extravagant palaces, gastronomic experiences and spiritual heritage. Then you will visit Taxco, a small town located on the slopes of Atache Hill, in the Taxco Mountains. It is known for being one of the first cities founded in Mexico and the oldest mining center on the continent, as its silver deposits have existed since colonial times. Its cobblestone streets are unique and its architecture is extravagant, with impressive Baroque-inspired churches that will catch your eye. Here you can explore its ancient history and have a panoramic view of the entire city. You will also have the option to enter the pre-Hispanic mine, if you selected that option.
