We will pick you up to leave Mexico City to the state where you will make the Basalt Columns & Real del Monte tour. The first visit will be to the Basalt Columns of Santa María Regla, volcanic stone columns of 5 to 6 faces, originated because of the quick cooling of lava. During the visit, you will be able to walk through the place to take pictures and also see the waterfall in the place.
Then, you will go to Real del Monte, British style mining town, known for the old mines and the English Pantheon. In these places, you will be able to taste the paste, from the English word pasty, British food introduced in this place gastronomy by the miners that arrived at the place for work during the 19th century. After that, you will visit Pachuca, capital of Hidalgo State, also known as the Bella Airosa (Windy Beauty) because of the strong winds that reach 46 miles/hour between June and October. In this place, you will visit the Reloj Monumental (Monumental Clock), construction in downtown Pachuca with more than 100 years. After visiting this last place, we will return to Mexico City where the tour ends.
*This activity includes pickup and drop off only in accommodations located inside the zones Rosa, Centro, Reforma Centro and Polanco.
*If your accommodation is an Airbnb, we will have to set a meeting point to begin the tour, because the pickup is not made in this kind of places.
