You will start the activity in Puerto Madero, taking the Martín García Island Navigation, a place located in the Río de la Plata between Argentina and Uruguay. Originally inhabited by indigenous Charrúa and Guaraní peoples, it was discovered in 1516 by the expedition of Juan Díaz de Solís. In 1988, it was declared a Multiple Use Reserve, protecting its historical and ecological value. Today, the island is an attractive tourist destination that combines history, nature and mystery. Once on the island, you can visit the cemetery, Chinatown, museum, power station, crematorium, prison and other points of interest. After enjoying a wonderful lunch, you will have more time to explore the area before embarking back to the port.
