You will begin the trip from Santiago to the south, towards the Cajón del Maipo sector in the heart of the Andes Mountains, to the place where you will begin this El Morado Glacier Hike. On the route, which lasts approximately 3 hours and is of medium difficulty, you will follow a mountain path with moraines and incredible views. During the trip you will be able to stop to rest and take photos. You will arrive at the base of El Morado Hill, where the plateau of the lagoon with the same name is located, formed by the waters of the glacier. Here, at 3260 m above sea level, you will be able to rest while admiring this beautiful glacier that is located just a few hours from the capital of Chile.
